Of course, we are using components from the two Gripper Kits PreciGrip and Channel Nut System for the complete grippers / robot hands. The gripping systems are available in different versions according to your requirements, e.g. very simple with photo documentation and extensive with detailed documentation (electrical/pneumatic diagram, danger notice etc.) and of course also with declaration of conformity.

Gripper for Robots

Our standard Gripper Construction Kit is based on the well-known Channel Nut clamping profile 25/25. The components are compatible with the systems known to you with clamping diameters 10, 14, 20, 30. Here you get innovative components. These more than 2500 different components have been developed from practical experience through our own Gripper Construction.

Extraction gripper

The removal gripper safely removes the plastic part or workpiece from the injection molding machine. The part is usually deposited on a conveyor belt or in a container.

Insertion / removal gripper

The insertion/removal gripper removes the finished overmolded component and inserts inserts such as bushings, sheets or screws into the mold.

Transfer gripper

The transfer gripper moves the component (here a glass slide) from one cavity to the other. As a rule, the gripper can center itself on the individual cavities. A separate stroke movement takes place in the gripper.

Sprue trimming gripper

The sprue trimming gripper removes the part and then folds the cutting knives into position and cuts off the sprues.

Gripper with sensors

The gripper shown here removes a bumper from the die. The filling ends on the component are monitored with a filling end monitor.

Gripper with additional function

4 rubber parts are removed in this gripper. 4 parallel grippers grip the rubber part at the neck. Another 4 parallel grippers enclose the bellows and prevent overstretching of the bellows.

Grippers for cobots

Gripper developed for collaborating robots - here built from the Cobot gripper kit - Certified.

Multiple - removal gripper

This gripper removes 32 razor blade covers. Tubular gripper profiles were used. Advantage: Several suction pads with one vacuum connection.

3D printed grippers

Gripper specially developed using the 3D printing process. Combined internal vacuum generation.
