K-forming / Laser sintering / 3D Printing

Laser sintering is an additive layer manufacturing: the workpiece is built up layer by layer. The laser beam welds three-dimensional geometries even with undercuts or internal tubes. Such workpieces can not be produced in conventional mechanical milling. The components are made of polyamide PA 2200. These can stand temperatures up to 130 °C. The construction volume is 200mm x 250mm x 300mm

- suitable for the food industry (after surface treatment) FDA / HD

The following surfaces can be offered:

- infiltrates black (standard)

- flocked black (standard)
- PU coated

Gripper System for
flat components

This example gripper is extremely light. With a size of about 300 x 300mm the weight is only about 300g including the Schunk quick changer!

These gripping systems can perfectly be combined with sprue pickers or handling-systems with low handling weight.
